Trained at the prestigious Dr R P Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences, Delhi, Dr Sethi is proficient in anterior segment surgery especially Phacoemulsification surgery and LASIK. She also has a keen interest in orbital and oculoplastic surgery. She was awarded the fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons from Edinburgh, UK in 1997.
While working as Consultant, Ophthalmology at the Sir GangaRam Hospital, New Delhi , apart from routine clinical work she was also involved in various teaching programmes for the DNB students. She has been the Guide and Co-guide for students for their theses.
Dr Sethi has co-authored a book on phacoemulsification: ‘Manual of Phacoemulsification: Text and Atlas†and has numerous publications in indexed journals. She has chaired sessions and conducted workshops at a national level in the various aspects of lid and orbital surgery. |
