Dr. Uttam holds an M.R.C.P in Paediatrics and is a paediatric bronchoscopist and pulmonologist with nearly 25 years of experience. He has been actively involved in the management of critically ill new born infants, extremely premature babies and critically ill children. He has been coordinator of Pediatric ICUs of many healthcare giants in the NCR including Indraprastha Apollo Hospital and Fortis Flt. Lt. Rajan Dhall Hospital. Other than his rich clinical experience, Dr. Uttam has been actively involved in teaching. He is Convenor of Basic Pediatric Intensive Care Course of IAP and ISCCM. . He is DNB (Paed) Guide and Teacher of ISCCM Fellowship Exams.
Dr. Uttam has authored a number of publications as well as presented in various Medical Forums in India and abroad and is Chairman of the Pediatric Section of the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine.
He is also a Member of Paediatric Critical Care Council of India.
